SCHEDULING POLICY
The scheduling policy (“ Policy ”) applies to products and/or services availed only on website https://www.kindlyhealth.com/ , https://www.kindlyhealth.com/his , https://www.kindlyhealth.com/hers or such other interlinked website ( “Website” ) of MOTHERSENSE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, its subsidiaries & affiliates, associates (collectively referred to as “ us ”, “ we ”, “ our ” or “Kindly” ) as modified, reinstated, changed from time to time at Kindly’s discretion, which serves as a platform for its visitors, clients, customers etc., (jointly and severally referred to as “you” “your” or “User” ) to know the products and/or services of Kindly, to avail the products and/or services.
Registration
● You can book a diagnostic test or sperm analysis test at home through our Website .
● To place an order with Kindly, select the tests/packages from the Website and create a User account to place an order with Kindly for the selected test .
● After creating the User account, the User can proceed to make the payment for the selected tests on the Website .
Payment
● Kindly endeavors to provide the User with facilities/gateways to make the payment through credit cards, debit cards, UPI apps, internet banking, cash on delivery and other payment options.
● It is understood and agreed by the User that the services shall only commence after realization of money in the accounts of Kindly in case online payment is being opted by the User.
● It is understood and agreed by the User that payment mechanisms will be governed by terms of use and Kindly Refund Policy prescribed by Kindly.
● It is understood and agreed by the User that payment mechanisms may be governed by separate agreements between the third parties who provide facilities for such payment mechanism s and that in no event whatsoever shall Kindly take any responsibility or liability for malfunctioning or defect in any payment procedure.
Scheduling: Sperm Analysis Test | at home
● Kindly will send an order confirmation message to the registered mobile number of the User when the order is placed.
● Kindly will reach out to the User over a call to schedule the date for the test and will send a confirmation message, confirming the scheduled date and time slot for sample collection.
● The test ha s to be scheduled by the User within 30 (Thirty) days of placing the order.
● The self-collection kit for collecting semen sample ( “Kit” ) will be delivered to the User within 24 - 48 (Twenty-Four to Forty-Eight) hours prior to the scheduled date at the doorsteps of the User.
● Once the Kit is delivered, please collect the semen sample on the scheduled date and given time slot as per the Test Instructions provided in the confirmation message as well as the printed Test Instructions inserted in the Kit. View Instructions
● Our executive will collect the Kit from your doorstep on the scheduled date after the semen sample has been collected in the Kit.
● The executive will only wait for 15 (Fifteen) minutes to pick up the Kit, post which INR.50/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Only) will be charged for every 30 (Thirty) minutes wait.
Rescheduling: Sperm Analysis Test | at home
● The rescheduling of the scheduled date can be made only two times and has to be informed to Kindly prior to the scheduled time slot of collecting semen sample to avoid rescheduling charges.
● The User shall request Kindly, within the timeframe mentioned above, over phone +91-9986639633 or through e-mail id wecare@kindlyhealth.com to reschedule the scheduled date.
● For any last minute rescheduling after the above mentioned period, rescheduling charges of INR.200/- (Indian Rupees Two Hundred Only) will be applicable to the User.
● The Test ha s to be scheduled within 7 (Seven) days of the Kit delivery post which the User has to re-book the test at actual price.
Scheduling: Diagnostic Test | at home
● Kindly will send an order confirmation message to the registered mobile number of the User when the order is placed.
● Kindly will reach out to the User over a call to schedule the date of the diagnostic test and will send a confirmation message, confirming the scheduled date and time slot.
● The test ha s to be scheduled by the User within 30 (Thirty) days of placing the order.
● Kindly offers the facility of doorstep collection. The technician will come to your home to collect samples at the scheduled date and given time slot.
● All safety precautions are maintained while the test is conducted. A fresh collection kit and/or needle will be used so that there is no contamination of samples of the spread of diseases.
Rescheduling: Diagnostic Test | at home
● The rescheduling of the scheduled date can be made only two times* (subject to availability) and has to be informed to Kindly at least 12 (Twelve) hours prior to the Users scheduled date.
● The User shall request Kindly, within the timeframe mentioned above, over phone +91-9986639633 or through email id wecare@kindlyhealth.com to reschedule the scheduled date for the test.
● No rescheduling can be made after the above mentioned time period.
● It is mandatory to follow the exact procedure and every step mentioned above in detail. Test Instructions on confirmation message not followed properly could lead to a void test and you will have to re-book the test at actual prices.
● If the collected samples are acceptable, it will be evaluated and the test reports will be sent to the Use r to the User’s registered mobile number.
Scheduling: Online Medical Consultations
● The User can schedule the time slot and date of appointment of an audio / video/ chat-based consultation ( “Online Medical Consultation” ) with a doctor that matches their specific consultation needs in the Website.
● Kindly will send a confirmation message to the User confirming the scheduled date and time slot of appointment along with a link to join the virtual consultation.
Rescheduling: Online Medical Consultations
● The rescheduling of an appointment can be made only two times and has to be informed to Kindly at least 1 (One) hour prior to the start of the appointment for Online Medical Consultation.
● The User shall request Kindly, within the timeframe mentioned above, over phone +91-9986639633 or through e-mail id wecare@kindlyhealth.com to reschedule the appointment for Online Medical Consultation.
● No rescheduling can be made after the above mentioned time period.
● In the event of an IT / connectivity / technical failure during the course of a Online Medical Consultation Kindly will inform the User about the technical issue and offer to reschedule the appointment at the next available time at no extra cost to the User.
